Welcome to our FAQ page! Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about your stay at our hotel. From check-in times to Wi-Fi availability and parking options – we have compiled all the important information for you. Should you have any further questions, our friendly team will be happy to help you at any time.
+Is the hotel also accessible for people with physical disabilities?
– Both the restaurant and the hotel rooms in the summer house can be reached via an elevator.
+What are the check-in and check-out times?
– Check In: from 3pm; Check Out: until 11am
– You are welcome to hire our Bianchi e-bikes (3 hours: €20.00, day: €35.00).
+ What leisure activities are available around the hotel?
Hiking: You can hike directly from the hotel, in the Allgäu or in the Austrian or Swiss Alpine foothills (Pfänder/Säntis etc.)
Cycling: Lake Constance tour or into the hilly surrounding countryside
Sailing/motorboat: Wasserburg has a sailing school (www.segelschule-wasserburg.de), boats can be hired at www.bootsvermietung-bodensee.de.
Golf: There are two very different golf clubs within a radius of 10 km. While the Lindau Golf Club is characterized by the view of the water and the mountains, the Gollclub Weissensberg is characterized by its seclusion and the mountain panorama.

Winter sports:
– In winter, numerous attractive ski areas are easily accessible within an hour (Montafon, Sonnenkopf, Mellau-Damüls, Brandnertal, Pizol)
+ Is breakfast included in the price? What are the breakfast times?
– Our prices include breakfast. We serve this from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 10:30 am and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays until 11 am. Please ask us if you would like an earlier breakfast time. You are also welcome to have breakfast with us as a non-hotel guest by prior arrangement. (Breakfast: 30,00€ per person, 15,00€ for children 6-15 years)
+ Is there a guest card for guests?
– If you are traveling privately, you will receive the Lake Constance Card on arrival. At echt-bodensee.de you can find out about discounts, excursions and other useful information.

+ Do you display various items for the guests?
– We have some items available for you free of charge at reception. From hygiene articles to sewing kits and hot water bottles, we have a large selection. If you ask at the reception desk, we have some things that are easy to forget.
+ Are dogs allowed in the hotel?
– Dogs are not allowed in the hotel.
+ Is there free internet access in the hotel?
– Our guests can use the hotel’s own WLAN throughout the hotel.
+ Are families with children welcome?
– Of course, our young guests are also very welcome. Children from 0-3 years can stay in the hotel room free of charge. Please let us know so that we can arrange a crib if necessary.
– A charging station for electric cars is available directly at the hotel.
+ What is the best way to reach the hotel?
– Wasserburg has its own train station, which is located on the Lindau-Friedrichshafen line. The following airports are also nearby: Friedrichshafen (14 km), Memmingen Airport (75 km), Zurich Airport (144 km) and Munich Airport (183 km).
+ Do you also offer lactose-free, gluten-free and vegan dishes?
– Yes We are happy to offer lactose-free and other dishes on request, e.g. we have gluten-free muesli, lactose-free milk and lactose-free yoghurt at breakfast.
+ Are there parking spaces directly at the house? Do they have to be paid for?
– Parking spaces are directly at the house (are included and subject to availability for all our guests). There are also two further public parking spaces, namely P3 behind Getränke Spieler and P4 at Hegestrand.
+ Does the hotel have a restaurant?
– Our restaurant is open from Thursday to Sunday from 5pm to 10pm, on Sundays also from 12pm to 8pm (order until 6.30pm). You can make a reservation via the app Open Table or via us. When the weather is fine, you are welcome to visit our Sunset Lounge. Tip: As our opening hours can change depending on the weather, please take a look at our Instagram for the latest updates!
+ How is the reception desk staffed?
– Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
+ Can I borrow umbrellas from you?
– A free umbrella is available in your room during your stay. If you would like to purchase an umbrella, you are welcome to do so at reception. An umbrella costs €35.
+ Are there rooms in the hotel that have several sleeping areas?
– We have a Suite Deluxe, Suite Comfort or our Suite Grande in several houses. These consist of a separate sleeping and living area. We can pull out a sofa bed (140x200cm) in the living area.
+ Does the hotel have a SPA area?
– In the main building there is a swimming pool with massage jets and a counter-current system as well as a sauna and a fitness area. There you can do your exercises on mats or immerse yourself in the Technogym world. Cross trainers, treadmills and bikes will help you build up your stamina. The kinesis wall helps you to perform stretching exercises with the support of a TV.
+ Can I hire stand-up paddles?
– We have two Sups that you can borrow free of charge.
+ Is there a beach?
– Yes, our sunbathing lawn is right by the lake
